Lamper fra Cathrine Kullberg

Cathrine Kullberg’s educational mix of political science, arts history, design and architecture, was topped up with a Masters Degree at Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design in London in 2000.
An inspiring guest lecture by the London based designer Thomas Heatherwick brought her to the studio, where she was employed as project designer and project manager. Back in Oslo she continued as project leader at Norsk Form, Norwegian Centre of Design, Architecture and the Built Environment. Other work experience includes freelance journalism in design and architecture magazines and national papers.

This diverse experience has prepared Cathrine to enter the land of lighting and investigate the encounter between material, craft and design, lending the lamps both a personal touch, and a high quality finish. The design and production process has led to the assembly of a group of skilled local manufacturers.
